Salary: £90 – £130 per day (Depending on experience)
Start: September 2025 (or earlier if available)
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support learning and deliver lessons in a nurturing and dynamic primary school in Billericay.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead whole-class and group teaching sessions across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Assist teachers with planning, marking, and classroom management.
• Help deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that motivates and challenges pupils.
• Contribute to a positive school culture and maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
• Take part in assessment, reporting, and professional development opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• HLTA qualification (or extensive TA experience with the ability to lead a class).
• Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Confidence in managing a class and delivering prepared lessons.
• Patience, resilience, and a nurturing nature.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and initiative.
• Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
