The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have a willingness to work across all age groups in the school
- Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Have experience working with children or individuals with special needs (advantageous but not essential)
- Be committed to helping pupils reach their fullest potential academically, socially, and emotionally
