Are you a passionate and ambitious Early Careers Teacher eager to inspire pupils and develop your teaching skills in a supportive school environment?

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Early Careers Teacher to join schools in Doncaster. This role provides the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support pupil progress, and grow professionally with guidance and mentoring from experienced staff.


Responsibilities as an Early Careers Teacher:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ needs.
  • Support pupils’ academic development, confidence, and engagement in learning.
  • Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practices.
  • Provide constructive feedback and assess pupil progress.
  • Uphold safeguarding standards and promote pupil welfare at all times.


Requirements for Early Careers Teacher:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferable.
  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
  • Creativity, energy, and the ability to inspire pupils.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with any gaps explained.
