Full Time | Permanent | October Start | £30,000 – £50,000 per annum
GSL Education are seeking a passionate and skilled Art Teacher to join a secondary school in Southsea on a full-time, permanent basis, starting in October. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative educator to inspire students and contribute to a thriving Art department.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons, fostering a love of creativity and developing students’ skills in practical and theoretical aspects of the subject. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver stimulating Art lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
- Inspire students to develop their creativity, technical skills, and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work and resources within the Art department.
- Support extra-curricular Art activities, exhibitions, and school events.

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold QTS, be an ECT, or possess an overseas teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
