About the Company

Based in the City of London, Centrue is a rapidly growing software provider and progressive business that offers a variety of digital banking solutions for its customers and organisations all over the world. Now, we are looking for Sales Specialists in different languages for one of the leading companies in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses.
  • Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process.
  • Reach out to customer leads through different channels.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners.
  • Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest of the customers and organisations.
  • Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.
  • Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, and Payment industries is desirable but not essential.
  • Native level of fluency with one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, Norwegian, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions.
  • Strong knowledge of the trends and developments in the sales industry.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
