We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our clients' presence in the banking sector. Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners.
  • Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest of the customers and organisations.
  • Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets.
  • Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Finance, Fintech, and Payment industries is essential.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions.
  • Strong knowledge of the trends and developments in the sales industry.
  • Fluency in English and another language is a must.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
