We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our clients' presence in the banking sector. Responsibilities Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective businesses Use consultative selling techniques and provide product expertise and market insights to help customers navigate through their own technology or process Reach out to customer leads through different channels Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and partners Expedite the resolution of business problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments Supply management with reports on business needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Negotiate contracts, ensuring the agreement is in the best interest of the customers and organisations. Manage your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, keeping potential customers warm throughout the process Represent the company at international exhibitions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a client -facing role is essential Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Open to travel for work across Europe and overseas regions. Strong knowledge of the trends and developments in the sales industry Fluency in English and Russian is a must.
