We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Legal Counsel - Turkish Speaker to join our team!
Responsibilities:- Drafting, negotiating, finalising Commercial and Financial Agreements including: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Merchant Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Novation Agreements, licensing agreements, payment services agreements, Credit Agreements, Loan Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Addendums.
- Assisting the team on M&A projects including drafting relevant legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Assisting clients on license applications in various jurisdictions.
- Overseeing the legal compliance for the various entities and subsidiaries.
- Correspondence with other departments of our clients and/or external lawyers.
- Providing legal advice to clients on a daily basis.
- Minimum 5 years in a leading law firm or financial sector company, with expertise in drafting and financial agreements.
- Strong knowledge of M&A transactions, license applications, legal compliance, and daily legal matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent organisational abilities.
- A legal qualification is required; LPC completion is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
