Junior Legal Counsel- Turkish Speaker

We’re looking for a highly motivated "Junior Legal Counsel- Turkish Speaker " to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, negotiating, finalising Commercial and Financial Agreements in particular: Non-Disclosure Agreements, Merchant Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Novation Agreements, licencing agreements, payment services agreements, Credit Agreements, Loan Agreement Data Protection Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Addendums.
• Assisting the team on M&A projects including drafting relevant legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Assisting the clients on license applications in various jurisdictions.
• Oversee the legal compliance for the various entities and subsidiaries.
• Correspondence with other departments of our clients and/or external lawyers.
• Legal advice to client on a daily basis.
• We require excellent use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• We require a high level of organisation skills.
• Ideally, you should have completed the LPC but not essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a leading law firm or financial sector company, with expertise in drafting and financial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of M&A transactions, license applications, legal compliance, and daily legal Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent organizational abilities.
• A legal qualification is required; LPC completion is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
