We are now looking for a Sales Ledger and Credit Control Assistant to assist in all aspects of the sales ledger process from billing to reporting and month end processes.

About the role
  • Ensure accurate and timely manual billing is delivered to weekly/monthly deadlines UK
  • Manage the daily DSO reporting and communicate to team (UK)
  • Manage the credit control inbox to agreed SLA's
  • Manage the onboarding process of new customers
  • Manage and run the document distribution process daily, weekly and monthly
  • Review and enhance existing standard operating procedures (SOP's) as workflows evolve
  • Ad hoc tasks
About you
  • Strong experience within an AR/Sales Ledger
  • Working with Salesforce
  • Experience of Oracle
  • Experience within publishing or digital media industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of Customer Service
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Organised and disciplined approach to workload with good attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
