We are now looking for a CRM Executive to join the team for a 9 month fixed term contract. The CRM Executive will be planning and implementing multi-channel CRM activity across the reader lifecycle, presenting plans and activity performance to a broad range of stakeholders, and taking part in team and cross-functional meetings.
- Experience of building campaigns using a CRM tool (ideally Braze but not essential)
- Experience of marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting
- Experience in audience-centric, data-driven marketing
- Experience of executing activity across email, but other channels would be a bonus
We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.
