We are now looking for a CRM Executive to join the team for a 9 month fixed term contract. The CRM Executive will be planning and implementing multi-channel CRM activity across the reader lifecycle.
About the role- Plan, develop and implement multi-channel campaigns such as but not limited to; acquisition, in-life, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, winback.
- Deliver multi-channel and measurable customer campaigns and journeys.
- Presenting plans and activity performance to a broad range of stakeholders, taking part in team and cross functional meetings.
- Experience of building campaigns using a CRM tool (ideally Braze but not essential).
- Experience of marketing performance tracking, analysis and reporting.
- Experience in audience-centric, data-driven marketing.
- Experience of executing activity across email, but other channels would be a bonus.
