The Guardian is seeking a Head of Leadership Capability to join the Learning and Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will design and deliver a global leadership offering aligned to our culture, values and business strategy, partnering with senior leadership across editorial, commercial and international teams.
You will lead senior leadership development initiatives, embed coaching as a core practice, and evaluate impact using data to inform strategy.
