We are now looking for a CRM Manager (Martech & Enablement) to support the Guardian’s Supporter Growth strategy, with a focus on developing our Martech stack.
About the Role:
- You will empower the Supporter Growth team to be more efficient in their use of marketing tools and platforms, in order to drive results.
- This will involve:
- Scaling quality audience data
- Leveraging audience data to inform business decisions and enhance personalisation
- Supporting the delivery of impactful end-to-end multi-channel experiences
- Maintaining business processes and providing training and support
About You:
- Proven experience in marketing, data and/or CRM
- Experience using campaign management tools (Braze preferred)
- Experience in audience management (Customer Data Platform experience a benefit)
