We are now looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our Advertisingteam.

You will be responsible for campaign management across the Guardian digital portfolio, from set up through to delivery and optimisation, ensuring campaigns are set up and delivered to reach optimal results.

About the role

  • Support clients and agencies in the fulfilment of digital campaigns, from campaign sign off to reporting.
  • Act as a support to the agencies, ensuring that campaigns are tracking correctly, offering best-in-class campaign management and customer service.
  • Set up campaigns across the Guardian's digital portfolio - trafficking, testing/uploading creative units and troubleshooting any issues to ensure that campaigns run smoothly
  • Provide insight and analytics across The Guardian's digital properties and business units to aid in the optimisation of advertising technologies in use

About you

  • Confident with technology and picking up new tools or systems
  • Proactive at communicating with key internal and external stakeholders to share insights and to raise challenges & solutions.
  • Curious and willing to explore all parts of the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Confident liaising directly with sales and tech colleagues as well as technical support teams and clients to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional workload prioritisation and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Confident working with Ad server and related software.

We operate in a hybrid environment working 2 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 3 days a week remotely.

Benefits at the Guardian

You'll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age). We believe in giving back, which is why employees are given 2 volunteering days annually and the option of payroll giving. Season ticket loans are also available.

Guardian News and Media is proud to be a London Living wage employer. The minimum salary for any full-time role within the organisation is Β£30,000 per annum. Salary ranges are dependent on skills and experience
