The predicted salary is between 49045 - 68630 £ per year.

We are seeking two experienced Senior Delivery Managers to lead and implement projects within our Museums and Cultural Property (MCP) team. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will define project timelines, implement Agile methodologies, monitor progress, and optimize project efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver designated projects within the MCP team.
  • Coordinate with teams across Arts Council and external stakeholders.
  • Set up and monitor Agile project management practices.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and remove blocks to progress.
  • Coach and mentor team members in Agile and service redesign tools.
  • Build motivated, collaborative cross-functional teams focused on project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Extensive experience managing complex projects, ideally in the public sector.
  • Experience in procuring and managing services, budget management.
  • Degree in business management, project management, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies; ScrumMaster certification or equivalent is desirable.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills.
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and resilience.

Additional Information

  • Contract: Fixed Term until 31 March 2026, 35 hours/week, with flexible working options.
  • Salary: £49,045/year plus benefits including pension, leave, and hybrid working.
  • Locations: Manchester, Bristol, or Birmingham with hybrid working arrangements.
