NIANRO Consulting is a small research consultancy specialising in policy analysis and social justice. We are looking for experienced researchers to join our team to work across various projects focusing on racial justice and equity.

You will have experience of qualitative and/or quantitative research including designing research tools, data collection including carrying out one-to-one interviews, coding and analysis. Experience of relevant software such as SurveyMonkey, NVIVO, SPSS, and EXCEL is essential.

You must have knowledge of and be able to work in line with ethical research practice and data protection measures.

The roles are part-time and flexible (ranging from 7 to 14 hours per week during standard office hours), hybrid (75% can be carried out virtually), although some in-person support is required on occasion.
