Our client is seeking an experienced Production Manager with senior artworking experience in producing Annual Reports using Workiva. All-round artworking skills are required, with specific experience in text-heavy documents being imperative. Candidates with 5-10 years\’ experience in an agency working on corporate communications, preferably annual reports, would be ideal.

The role includes overseeing the production team\’s workflow and assignments, ensuring robust project planning, managing freelance resources during busy periods, and providing supportive leadership grounded in a strong understanding of the team\’s challenges. The individual will serve as the agency\’s lead expert on Workiva, managing Workiva-specific projects, advising clients, and establishing standardized methodologies for executing Workiva projects.

Candidates should showcase portfolios with corporate literature and reports demonstrating high attention to detail. The agency produces Annual Reports and Sustainability reports.

Proficiency in the following applications is required: Workiva, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel.

Candidates need to be highly motivated, driven by high standards, with a keen eye for detail. A good sense of humor is beneficial!
