Key Responsibilities – Teacher of Performing Arts:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Performing Arts across KS3-KS5
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential in drama, music, and performance
  • Plan and implement a broad and balanced curriculum, ensuring all students can access and enjoy Performing Arts
  • Support and contribute to school productions, concerts, and extracurricular activities
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing effective feedback and intervention when needed, as both a teacher and form tutor
  • Maintain high expectations for student behaviour and participation, fostering a positive learning environment

What We Are Looking For – Performing Arts Teacher:

  • UK QTS is essential, along with a relevant degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Music, or a related field
  • A strong track record of excellent teaching, or for ECTs, evidence of outstanding potential
