This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of performers in a unique and creative environment dedicated to nurturing talent. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Significant experience in musical direction and teaching singing within a vocational musical theatre setting. A strong understanding of musical theatre repertoire and vocal pedagogy. Excellent communication, organisation, and team-working skills. A degree in musical theatre or equivalent professional experience. Qualified Teacher Status (desirable – the School is supportive of those working towards QTS). Experience working with young people in an educational or training context. Please note an essential skill is the ability to play the piano, sight read and accompany to a high standard We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and provide exceptional training and professional development opportunities to support your growth and skill enhancement.
