ABOUT THE ROLE
As Brand & Marketing Assistant you will assist in driving brand awareness, education and brand preference through sensitively crafted brand activity, that supports families through their bereavement journey as well as meeting the company's commercial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support development and implementation of annual marketing plan
- Support the development of compelling product and service propositions, along with relevant, impactful sales collateral
- Support planning, development, implementation, messaging and delivery of events
- Support development and implementation of integrated campaigns that attract and nurture new consumers to the business by creating awareness and converting them into paying customers
- Brief agencies on asset requirements, quotes, copy writing and creative development
- Launch and support compliant product sales promotions and incentives
- Ensure compelling consistent brand content that builds the brand, increases sales, and drives preference
- Conduct competitor reviews

ABOUT YOU
- At least 1 year of experience within marketing in the UK
- Ability to write engaging and relevant marketing communications
- Commercially aware
- Empathetic, emotionally intelligent
- Computer literate competent with Microsoft, CRM systems and artwork editing
- Confident and accurate written and verbal communication skills
- Awareness of digital marketing automation and the creation of reports
- Full (Manual) Driving Licence required and access to a car
