We are delighted to be working with a fantastic membership organisation looking for a Head of Membership on a fixed term contract basis starting in June 2025. If this sounds interesting please do apply.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Help develop and deliver engagement strategies to increase engagement levels with membership firms and key stakeholders.
- Lead on the communications for membership engagement to ensure members are involved in member services.
- Oversee the pipeline for potential new members helping generate new memberships sales and promote the membership benefits.
- Working with the senior team (including finance) to establish appropriate fee structures and manage the key communications to members.
- Oversee the membership function including the Senior Membership Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Working within a large firm, financial institution or professional services environments would be desirable.
- Strong track record in general account management with experience in membership retention.
- Proven experience in business development and building strong commercial relationships.
- At least 5 years experience at leadership level in a membership environment.
This is a contract role until Jan-Feb 2026 and will be in central London going into the office 2 days a week at £75k (pro rata).
