Our client, a management company specialising in electronic music, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead initiatives for their exciting roster of artists. The role offers two days a week WFH.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving engagement across digital and traditional platforms with the successful implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Spearheading social media strategy and content planning for artists.
  • Ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence online.
  • Overseeing and managing digital advertising campaigns to include social media ads, DSP promotions, and influencer partnerships.
  • Aligning marketing activities with release cycles and major events in collaboration with record labels, creative agencies, and PR teams.
  • Optimising campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities using data insights.
  • Driving ticket and merchandise sales, working with touring and merchandise teams.
  • Handling sponsorships and partnerships with artist brands.
  • Using industry best practices and cutting-edge strategies to keep abreast of latest marketing innovations.
  • Providing oversight and coordination of content creation; photo/video shoots, BTS content and fan-driven activations.
  • Adjusting strategies according to marketing KPIs and measurable outcomes of success.

Requirements:

  • Substantial music/entertainment/creative industry marketing experience.
  • Robust understanding of digital marketing, streaming platforms, and social media trends.
  • Adept user of Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with external partners, artists, and managers.
  • Understanding of fan engagement strategies.
  • Passion for music.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools is desirable.
