They are now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

To succeed as the Head of Growth Marketing, you will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership expertise. You will be passionate about delivering results and thrive in a dynamic environment. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that fuel our client’s growth across multiple business areas. Overseeing a team of eight, you will unify and lead growth efforts across membership, events, training and B2B offerings, delivering tangible commercial impact and supporting long-term strategic goals. You will own the creation and delivery of high-performing customer strategies and multi-channel campaigns that span the full customer lifecycle. Using analytics and customer insights, you will identify growth opportunities, implement initiatives, optimise performance, and drive a continuous cycle of experimentation and refinement.

Additionally, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team
  • Foster a culture of results-driven activity and accountability across all marketing efforts
  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, brand, and digital marketing teams
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to report on growth metrics and marketing ROI
  • Drive insight-led innovation using behavioural data and emerging market trends
  • Manage multiple marketing projects and external suppliers
  • Oversee marketing budgets
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and brand visibility through partnership and outreach efforts

Person Specification

To be considered as a Head of Growth Marketing, you will need:

  • Significant experience in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering growth
  • Senior-level experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, and engagement within a complex organisation
  • A strong grasp of both B2C and B2B marketing, and the ability to develop and execute strategies across the full customer journey
  • A commercial mindset and a clear understanding of how marketing drives revenue and growth
  • A strategic, solutions-focused approach with strong analytical thinking
  • The ability to translate data into insights that drive continuous improvement
  • Confidence using marketing technology platforms and analytics tools to measure and improve performance
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary of circa £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
