The Role Provide first-line telephone support to the network with outstanding, proactive customer service. Key Tasks: Handle inbound calls to the Network. Proactively and accurately resolve queries by liaising across departments where required. Communicate timely and transparently with the Network to manage expectations and resolutions. Maintain accurate records on CRM. Manage multiple workloads across inboxes, phone contact, and Teams meetings. Proactively inform the Network of company and industry developments. Research and stay informed on industry products and regulatory changes. Complete CPD training as required per quarter. Candidate Requirements: Success in customer service or business development roles. Outstanding listening and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask. Strong relationship development skills. Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions. Good team player with initiative. Willing to work towards CeMAP/equivalent professional financial services qualification.
