Are you a relationship builder with an eye for detail and a knack for communications? The Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) is looking for a Donor Relations Coordinator to join our Communications & Development team. You’ll play a key role in connecting with our global donor community, crafting communications, planning events, and supporting engagement strategies that make a real difference.
What you’ll do:
- Create tailored donor updates, newsletters, letters from the Director, and exclusive publications
- Organise webinars, virtual tours, and in-person events aligned with our Donor Relations Strategy
- Maintain accurate donor data in our CRM (Salesforce) to support personalised outreach
- Work closely with national and regional teams to support coordinated donor engagement
- Track impact, gather feedback, and report on progress to leadership
What you bring:
- A degree in communications, marketing, PR, or a related field
- Experience in donor relations or fundraising
- Excellent communication skills and a relationship-first mindset
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- A proactive, discreet, and culturally aware approach
