In the UK, Guardian is continually looking for talented individuals to help them continue their growth and presence in the regional market. All UK manufacturing is based from the plant in Goole, East Yorkshire, which has recently made significant investments in new technology to secure glass manufacturing at the site for the next 20 years. The plant produces advanced energy-saving architectural glass and operates as a lower-tier COMAH site with a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Operator roles at the Goole Glass Manufacturing Plant. We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Logistics Team within the Warehouse department.

Our Team

Reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be part of a multifunctional logistics team.

What You Will Do

  • Safely operate mobile plant equipment
  • Ensure quality compliance with predefined specifications
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and peers
  • Proactively assess hazards and promote safety

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Motivated to contribute and work autonomously
  • Comfortable using mobile plant equipment
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate

  • Meticulous with keen attention to detail
