Work Locations

As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling between clients' homes, keeping you active and out in your local community. We proudly support clients across South Essex, primarily in Stanford-le-Hope, Corringham, South Ockendon, Basildon, Pitsea, and Langdon Hills. This branch also covers:

  • Thurrock Area: Grays, Tilbury, Chadwell St Mary, Orsett, East Tilbury & Linford, Aveley & Purfleet-on-Thames, and Chafford Hundred.
  • Basildon Area: Laindon, Billericay, Wickford, and West Horndon.
  • Castle Point & East: Benfleet (South Benfleet), Canvey Island, and Rayleigh.
  • Greater London Borders: Upminster and Rainham.

Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.

Shift Patterns Designed for Real Life

  • Day shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
  • Evening shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Full-time, part-time, weekday, and weekend options available!)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, acting as a friendly face and a vital pillar of support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and intimate support)
  • Meal preparation and assistance
  • Shopping and practical daily errands
  • Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!)

You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:

  • Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others
  • Reliability and a naturally caring nature
  • Willingness to learn new skills
