Guardian Homecare Limited is looking for an on-site support worker for our Extra Care Housing Schemes, helping residents live safely and independently in their own apartments with a reassuring presence throughout shifts.
You will respond to emergency alarms, support mobility and daily wellbeing, and work with the on-site care team to provide high-quality, compassionate care while reducing loneliness and promoting independence.
