CCH Group is looking for Care Professionals/Care Workers to join our team at our Basildon Branch. We cover the following areas: Stanford-Le-Hope, North Benfleet, Pitsea, Langdon Hills, Basildon, Rayleigh, and surrounding areas. Drivers with access to a vehicle are preferred due to client locations.
Shifts Available: Flexible full-time and part-time shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
Pay Rate: Mon to Fri £11.92, Sat/Sun £12.42

What you’ll do:
Our care assistants support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes by following individual care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, incontinence, toileting, medication), and practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Qualifications:
No social care experience is required. We value compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn and develop skills as part of a close-knit team.
