This role will be responsible for supporting the marketing department with planning, campaigns, and events to drive awareness and interest in the brand and boost sales through our network of strategic, research, and portal partners. This role requires a candidate who can work under pressure, manage multiple plans and deadlines, and be flexible and adaptable to change. Experience in marketing, events or partnerships would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update partnerships marketing delivery plan, delivering content to deadlines.
  • Create/proof read content, social media posts, blog articles, emails, brochures, liaising with Business Development Managers to help coordinate regional marketing events.
  • Events planning and logistics for Strategic Partner and industry events.
  • Own regular updates to the Sales Team to keep them up to date with partnerships marketing and events.
  • Support with follow up and reporting on partnerships marketing and events.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc marketing requests from all areas of the business.
  • Being agile to the changing and demanding needs of a challenger business.
  • Support with maintaining and delivering social media plan.
  • Support with day-to-day tasks of the Marketing Team, including but not limited to, social media posts, internal events and communications, and sales support.

Who are we looking for?

  • Business to business marketing experience.
  • Marketing and/or events planning.
  • Business social media understanding.
  • Understanding of the financial services market.
  • Ability to generate new ideas and execute them from start to end.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability, desire and confidence to network with, negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organisation and planning skills.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Competent using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
