Overview

Guardian Electrical Compliance is looking for a detail-focused Administrator to join our Data Processing team of 7. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and getting things right first time. This is an entry level role that will see the successful candidate receiving training and support whilst they become accustomed to the daily duties.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll support the admin behind electrical safety inspections across the UK, including:
  • Transferring data between internal systems
  • Creating and updating reports
  • Uploading documents to SharePoint and engineer portals
  • Supporting the smooth flow of inspection data from field to office

You’ll receive full training, and once up to speed you’ll work towards clear, achievable KPIs.
