Guardian Electrical Compliance is recruiting a Senior Remedial Electrician to deliver commercial and industrial electrical repairs, upgrades and occasional installations across the region. This role is based in High Wycombe with regional travel. The workload is busy with typically around 55 hours per week and includes door-to-door pay to reflect time and effort.

Salary: £48,367.80 (basic). Realistic OTE: £65k–£70k+ (door-to-door paid travel).

Location: High Wycombe (with regional travel).

Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and remedial works on single & three-phase systems
  • Commercial and industrial electrical repairs and upgrades
  • Occasional installation work
  • Managing jobs through to completion and ordering materials
  • Working independently with support from an experienced operations team
  • Completing clear reports using company systems (training provided)
