We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical Inspector to join our team at Guardian Electrical Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across a variety of commercial and industrial sites, ensuring all electrical systems are fully compliant with industry standards and safety regulations. You will use your expertise to identify potential hazards, document non-compliance issues, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Salary & Benefits
£48,367.80 – £50,661 base salary (OTE up to £77,000 with paid travel time), Pension, Comprehensive Training, Company Vehicle + Fuel Card, Testing Equipment, Generous Holiday Entitlement
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough EICRs in commercial and industrial settings.
 - Identify and report defects, safety hazards, and non‑compliance issues.
 - Provide clear, detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
 - Stay up to date with BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and industry best practices.
 - Communicate findings effectively with clients and offer expert technical advice.

Qualifications Required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical inspection or a related field.
 - City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing.
 - NVQ Level 3 Qualification.
 - IET BS7671:2018 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
 - In‑depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes.
 - Valid UK driving licence.
