The Data Process Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of services that meet both client expectations and internal business needs. Operating within the Reports and Operations Department, this role supports the company’s goals around growth, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Reports and Operations team in achieving business objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic plan.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Operations team, through Planning and Operations Managers, to efficiently collect and process field reports.
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate and timely data to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, printing, document binding, and managing email correspondence.
- Track and manage non-conformances through appropriate channels to ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Participate in team meetings to support effective communication, identify opportunities, and contribute to ongoing and future project initiatives.
- Liaise with clients or their representatives to ensure websites are kept current and that the CRM system reporting loop is closed accurately.
- Monitor and manage personal KPIs, ensuring compliance with turnaround targets for reports and online updates.
- Proven administrative experience is essential, with a strong understanding of business processes and data handling.
