Your Role as a Trainee:

• Earn while you learn – Your Certificate III qualification is fully covered, and you’ll receive an hourly wage for all hours worked.
• Gain real experience – Work directly with children, families, and educators in a hands-on learning environment.
• Create meaningful connections – Help design engaging learning spaces that support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
• Support play-based learning – Assist in preparing activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required for eligibility.
• Commitment to an 18-month traineeship program.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).
• Ability to work full-time and dedicate additional time outside of work for assignments.
