What you’ll bring

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the early childhood sector
  • Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulations
  • Confidence in leading or mentoring a team (or readiness to step into this)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid Working with Children Check
  • Strong understanding of Child Protection responsibilities

Highly regarded

  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety certificates
  • 2+ years’ experience in early childhood education
