Your Role as Assistant Centre Manager

In partnership with the Centre Manager, you will:

  • Create a safe, inspiring learning environment
  • Build relationships with families and the community
  • Support educators to deliver high-quality programs
  • Promote a culture of safety and excellence
  • Lead with positivity, professionalism, and bravery
  • Support business performance and quality improvements

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Leadership experience in early learning or management roles
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
  • Valid VIC Working with Children Check
