Job Overview: Are you looking to join an experienced team of dedicated and passionate individuals? Triangle Restoration Dentistry is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who has the uncommon blend of excellent technical and administrative skills along with genuine care and concern for patients and one another.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Two Fridays per month 8:45 am – 2:15 pm

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and redirect to the correct team member as appropriate.
  • Patient check‑in / check‑out.
  • Schedule appointments to optimize efficiency and patient experience.
  • Verify insurance for new patients and update existing patient insurance in advance.
  • Check new patient appointments for the coming week, add insurance information to the patient record, and verify insurance benefits.
  • Review treatment plans with patients with guidance from the doctor or dental assistant, helping them to understand the sequence of procedures and timing of payments, and assist with third‑party financing applications if desired.
  • File claims.
  • Answer patient questions about insurance or claims.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dental experience preferred.
  • Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self‑motivated work ethic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with co‑workers and patients.
  • Driven personality to strive for excellence in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
