An elderly couple based in Lambeth is searching for a part time live out carer to provide mobility support and help with general care on a temporary basis.
Working hours: 3 hours Thursday early evening, 8 am to 11 am Friday morning, and 3 hours Friday early evening.
Duties include:
- General care
- Mobility support and encouragement
- Companionship
- Getting the client dressed and undressed
- Getting the client ready for the day
- Taking the client out for fresh air in his wheelchair
- Stimulating and motivating the client
- Ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times
- Ensuring that the client has everything he needs at all times
