GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in multiple locations for both shorter & longer hours. The Caregiver is responsible for providing physical care and emotional support to our clients who may have difficulty caring for themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. The caregiver should remain empathetic to the clients at all times.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, and laundry.
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social activities as part of companionship duties.
  • Remind and assist clients with pre-dosed medications.
  • Prepare meals, taking into account all precautions and dietary restrictions.
  • Grocery shopping and running errands as required.
  • Provide transportation when needed or assigned.
  • Assist with personal hygiene care such as dressing, showering, and feeding.
  • Act quickly and responsibly during emergencies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma preferred.
