Homemaker / Caregiver needed

GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in multiple locations for both shorter & longer hours. The Caregiver is responsible for the physical care and emotional support to our clients who have difficulty taking care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. The caregiver should remain empathetic to the clients at all times.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Light Housekeeping which includes vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens, and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments or socially engaged activities as part of companionship duties.
• Remind & assist clients with pre-dosed medications.
• Prepare meals while taking care of all precautions & dietary restrictions.
• Grocery shopping and running errands as per requirements.
• Provide transportation when needed or assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene care like dressing/undressing, showering, feeding, etc.
• Act quickly & responsibly during emergencies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred.
