We are recruiting a Client Care Coordinator to manage all aspects of future and day-to-day care delivery planning. Guardian Angel Carers is a warm, professional home care agency supporting individuals and families across Wimbledon, Kingston and the surrounding areas. We help people remain independent at home, with compassionate home help and care at home tailored to their unique needs.

As Client Care Coordinator you will be professional, a great communicator, exceptionally well organised and calm under pressure!

Your experience will include:

  • Previous experience of at least two years as a home care carer
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination position
  • Awareness of confidentiality procedures
  • Awareness of HR processes

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Solid planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills

  • Ability to quickly develop good rapport with people
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and can-do attitude

The role will include:

  • Optimally allocate CareAngels based on skills, availability, experience and client needs to deliver the best quality care and support to each of our clients
  • Organise CareAngel rotas to minimise travel between clients and ensure guaranteed hours are allocated, where necessary
  • Respond efficiently to day-to-day changes in client care needs and CareAngel availability, communicating professionally to all concerned
  • Accurately record all changes to scheduled visits in a timely manner to ensure clear visibility and full traceability
  • Maintain accurate and professional written communication
  • Monitor all relevant aspects of the care management system
  • Undertake on call duties as per the office colleague rota
