Overview
We are currently recruiting Loneliness Companions to join our exceptional team of CareAngels in Godalming, Guildford, and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting wellbeing and reducing loneliness
- Light assistance with daily living tasks
- Travelling between clients\’ homes
- This is a home-to-home community role, supporting clients in their own homes.
- Guaranteed hours available
Qualifications
- Caring, compassionate, and reliable
- Must be able to travel between clients
- Driving licence and access to your own car essential
- Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
Pay Rates
- £14.50 per hour – Weekday days (7:00am – 6:00pm)
- £15.00 per hour – Weekday evenings (6:00pm – 9:30pm)
- £16.00 per hour – Weekends
Bonuses & Benefits
- Joining Bonus – £300 for 30 guaranteed hours & £200 for 15 guaranteed hours
- Monthly reliability bonus for excellent attendance (e.g. £50+ per month)
- Refer-a-friend bonus
- Paid training (£300.00) and ongoing support
