Guardian Angel Carers are looking to appoint a Care Co-ordinator to join our friendly and supportive team in Godalming. As a growing care provider, we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an organised, compassionate, and hands-on individual who is passionate about care and keen to progress their career with a genuinely caring company. Full training will be provided.

The Role

This is a varied and rewarding role combining care coordination, office-based responsibilities, and undertaking care visits if needed when on call. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting our Care Angels to work efficiently and confidently.

Main Duties

  • Organise Care Angels’ rotas to minimise travel time between clients
  • Respond effectively to day-to-day changes in client care needs
  • Undertake care visits if and when needed, including providing cover and support to clients
  • Monitor and maintain all relevant aspects of the care management system
  • Carry out and support client re-assessments, ensuring records are updated accurately
  • Participate in the on-call rota with office colleagues
  • Escalate emergency situations appropriately and promptly

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in community care (preferred)
  • Willingness to undertake care visits if and when needed
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong literacy and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
