We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Evening and Weekend Care Angels.
As an Evening and Weekend Care Angels, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients during the evenings and weekends. You will provide assistance with daily activities, offer companionship, and ensure the well-being of our clients in their homes. This position is perfect for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and looking to make a difference in the lives of others. Our clients are based in Burgess Hill, Hassocks, Ditchling, Haywards Heath, Lindfield and Cuckfield areas.
As you will be visiting clients in the community you need to be a driver with access to car you can use for work.

Our Carers assist with the following tasks:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.

Assist with meal preparation and feeding.

Help clients with mobility and physical exercises.

Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry.

Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.

Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
-
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervisor.
