We are seeking a commercially minded, marketing-focused Growth Lead to accelerate the expansion of our home care service across two territories - one established with a strong reputation and 550 weekly hours, and one brand-new territory with no existing clients but is CQC registered. This is a role for someone who thrives on building growth from the ground up, enjoys structured KPIs, and brings a polished, corporate approach to planning, reporting, and execution. You will be responsible for driving enquiries, improving conversion, building community partnerships, and ensuring our brand is consistently represented with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local marketing strategy across both territories
- Deliver targeted campaigns (digital, print, community, partnerships)
- Manage social media platforms and online engagement
- Maintain and optimise our online presence (Google Business, Homecare.co.uk, website updates)
- Produce monthly marketing performance reports with clear ROI analysis
- Build a presence in the new territory through partnerships, events, and outreach
- Develop relationships with local organisations, health professionals, and community groups
- Identify and act on opportunities for growth and referrals
- Produce structured weekly and monthly KPI reports
- Forecast growth, capacity, and resource needs
- Work closely with the care team to ensure operational readiness
- Contribute to business planning and strategic development
Qualifications
- Commercially minded with strong understanding of revenue, margin, and ROI
- Confident with data, KPIs, and structured reporting
- Experienced in business development, marketing, or multi-site service growth
- Polished, articulate, and professional
