Role Overview: The Team Leader provides support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring each individual feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer, in addition to their primary care responsibilities. This position is an opportunity for carers wishing to advance their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide team members, fostering motivation and wellbeing.
  • Maintain communication between Care Supervisors and the team.
  • Supervise and be flexible with additional hours, including occasional on-call duty.
  • Manage additional hours on top of normal carer hours.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation: one evening per week and one weekend every four.

Compensation: Hourly rate increased, plus £25 per additional CareAngel supervised.
