Are you an experienced Live-In Care professional who is passionate about supporting others to succeed? We’re looking for a caring, motivated and approachable Live-In Care Team Leader to help mentor, guide and inspire our team of CareAngels while continuing to deliver exceptional care. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on care with leadership, playing a key role in supporting new and existing Live-In Carers, promoting wellbeing, and helping to create a positive, engaged and high-performing team.

A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car is essential.

Pay Rates: £16.65ph (Monday to Friday) | £17.75ph (Weekends) | Plus £25 per CareAngel, per month that you support.

Hours: You must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.

As a Live-In Care Team Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for a group of CareAngels, providing regular wellbeing check-ins, guidance and encouragement. You’ll support new carers through their onboarding journey, shadow shifts and first few weeks in role, helping them build confidence and feel part of the team from day one.

Alongside Your Leadership Responsibilities, You’ll:

  • Continue delivering outstanding care to clients
  • Carry out spot checks and support visits
  • Communicate important updates from the wider business
  • Work closely with Senior Management to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Previous live-in care or domiciliary care experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive and supportive approach
  • The ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients
  • Supervisory experience and a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification are advantageous, although not essential.

In return, you’ll receive competitive hourly pay, an additional monthly payment for every CareAngel you support, ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to both your colleagues and the people they care for.
