We are looking for new Team Leaders in the Fareham and Gosport areas. Are you seeking career advancement in the care sector? Do you possess the skills and capabilities required to nurture and support both our team and clients? We would love to hear from you!
Pay rates: £16.65ph - £17.75ph
The role of the Team Leader is to provide support and guidance to new and existing CareAngels. To be a brand ambassador and ensure that each person feels confident in their role as a Guardian Angel Carer, in addition to your primary role as carer. This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to take that next step in their career from carer.
You will ensure individuals in your team are feeling valued and you will have an understanding of what motivates them, by having more personal contact with members of your team. To provide a communication channel to the Care Supervisors and vice versa.
This will equate to a few additional hours per month on top of your normal carer hours with us. You will need to be flexible and available to carry out some supervisions outside of your usual availability, as well as participate in the on‑call rota for one evening per week and one weekend in every four. You will receive an increased hourly rate plus depending on how many colleagues in your team an additional £25 per looked after CareAngel.
